Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
Agreement
By accessing or playing FlightSkill, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
The service
FlightSkill is an online multiplayer browser game. Game simulation, scoring, collisions, and world state are processed on authoritative game servers. The client renders game state and sends player input and commands over a WebSocket connection.
Eligibility and conduct
You agree that you will:
- Provide a player name that complies with the game's validation rules.
- Use the service lawfully and respect other players.
- Not attempt to disrupt servers, cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or interfere with other users' access to the game.
- Not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service in ways that impair its operation.
We may restrict, disconnect, or refuse access to players who violate these terms or who create an unsafe or abusive environment.
No account required
FlightSkill does not currently require registration. Your player name is chosen at join time and is not guaranteed to be unique or permanently reserved.
Availability and changes
The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including servers, gameplay rules, or features, at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual property
FlightSkill, including its software, artwork, audio, and branding, is owned by the project maintainers or their licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and play the game for personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlightSkill is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the FlightSkill project maintainers and hosting providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using FlightSkill at any time by closing the client or disconnecting from a server. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for conduct that violates these terms or threatens the service or other players.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of FlightSkill after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were most recently revised.
